Working culture

We see it as a responsibility and opportunity to take a stance and define how we contribute to what working in this industry is like.

We take a harsh stance against any form of crunch and we try to combat burnout any way we can. Some of the things we implemented to achieve this are:

  • Work channel message embargos after Friday 6pm
  • Mandatory time off for everyone
  • No deadlines after Wednesday to ensure any fallout happens in the workweek
  • 30 days of vacation plus roughly 5 national holidays per year
  • Availability to hybridly work from home or in the office

To lean on the benefits of being a small team, we focus on everyone’s expertise. Anyone in the team can give input and experts are put forward to tackle tougher problems.
